The Hall of Heroes is a small and extremely close knit band. Our bonds are strong and there is total support for each Hero as if we were blood related. From time to time, however, there is the need for growth and expansion. Due to our personal interactions and humor, not everyone who wants to join the Hall is necessarily a good fit. The items below describe our Trial Period for new members.

1. Each Aspiring Hero will apply on the Aspiring Heroes Forum and be sponsered by at least one of the Heroes. After the initial sponser, the Officers will review the application and/or meet with the applicant in game. The Officers will then vote privately. If the applicant is accepted, they will become an Aspiring Hero.

2. The Aspiring Hero is limited to being Level 40 or above, or by Officers discretion. As well, they must review this policy, the Alliance Treaty, and our Allies and Enemies listings.

3. The Aspiring Hero will undergo a 2 week Trial Period, participating in guild activities. Failure to participate or contact at least 1 Officer during this time as to why you cannot participate will result in your rejected admission to the guild.

4. During the Trial Period, Aspiring Heroes are not supported for personal items obtained or provided by the Hall or in personal quests outside of something the Hall is not already working on. Items and support given by individual Heroes to the Aspiring Hero is at their own discretion. Regular raid loot procedures apply to everyone whether Aspiring or not.

5. At the end of the two week period the Officers will again discuss the Aspiring Heroes position within the Hall. At this time, the Aspiring Hero will either become a regular member or have their application rejected.

6. An Alternate Character (Alt) will not be admitted into the Hall until the Officers deem your Primary Character is settled in. This could be several weeks and/or months.

7. With the exception of the Officers, only one Alternate character is allowed per Hero within the Hall.

8. Alternate Characters must be at least level 20 before becoming a Hero. Switching Alts to become a Primary should be discussed and approved by the Officers and Guild Leader.
